I am are the two most powerful words you can say. They create your reality. Instead of saying, “I am sick,” say “I am healing.” Instead of saying, “I am going to be this way forever,” say “I am healing on the correct timeframe.” I know our thoughts are often doom and gloom in withdrawal, but do your best to be mindful of what you say about yourself.
