Monday, June 17th
Today is the beginning of the Acceptance Workshop. It will for four weeks. You’ll find coursework on my benzowithdrawalhelp.com website Mondays-Fridays. You can read whenever it is best for you. I’ll go live Monday through Thursdays at 10 A.M Pacific at the Acceptance Workshop private group on Facebook. There you can type in your questions to me as we go over the coursework together. The cost of the workshop is $79. You can enroll here:
Today is also a very special day in my life as my parents celebrate 70 years of marriage! I am thrilled that they have been so blessed. My family is blessed that they are both still alive and in good health at 89! There is so much to celebrate and to be grateful for these days. Life really is wonderful the more you heal from benzo withdrawal. Before too long, you’ll be celebrating good things in your life, too.
I’ll be back to my normal blog posts next week.
Having moved twice in 2 months (!!) I found myself needing time to focus on getting settled and preparing for the Acceptance Workshop and the Mornings WIth Jenn support group. Next week I will return to writing about benzo withdrawal so that you have more information that can be of help. Thank you for your patience and understanding. One thing I’ve learned in my healing is to not push the river! I have learned to take more time, relax, and allow things to unfold as opposed to forcing things to happen. Life is so much easier and happier when we can let go, rest, and take good care of ourselves. I hope you are taking good care of yourself and holding onto the knowledge that we do heal. In time. Keep going. Better days are ahead.
Hope to see you in the Acceptance Workshop. Any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
dear Jennifer,
your acceptance workshop turned my life last november. I was in a desperate state with lots of crazy withdrawal problems. Also your healing with love workshop has its influence till today! I am feeling much better now and I am really looking forward to this day when I can also say: it is over and a new chapter in my life can begin! I wish you a good start in your new home!
“What is the most loving thing to do, to feel and to think” is a guide line for me!
Blessings from Switzerland
Beatrice
Thank you for your kind words. I’m happy to hear that I’ve helped. Keep healing!
