Dear Benzo Withdrawal Help readers,

I hope this newsletter finds you well and on your way to recovery. I am excited to share some updates and resources that may help you on your journey.

First and foremost, I want to highlight our growing live support group, Heal With Dr. Jenn. Our Discord group has recently added free arts and crafts classes and streaming educational programs to help our members cope and learn new skills. We also have an exclusive extensive database of symptoms and coping strategies to help you. In addition, there are group coaching sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 am Pacific time, and I’m available for daily support through direct messages. Joining the group is a great way to connect with others who understand what you’re going through and have access to me. (You can join and cancel at any time, with pro-rated refunds, so you are never locked into a contract.)

I am also excited to announce the launch of my new course, Understanding Benzodiazepine Withdrawal/BIND, which is designed for healthcare professionals or anyone who wants to best understand benzo withdrawal and BIND. The course is seven weeks long, and successful completion will earn you a certificate and place you on the list of certified BWD/BIND practitioners and 2 CEUs. I believe this course will make a big difference in reducing suffering by educating the healthcare community so they can better care for their benzo patients or clients. Keep an eye out for the announcement about the launch date.

I host a monthly webinar for healthcare professionals on the third Wednesday of every month at 12 PM Pacific. If you are a healthcare professional, come get your questions answered so you can better help your clients/patients. We meet on Zoom. Feel free to bring your lunch or a snack and join us on May 17. You can sign up here.

Now that I am not so busy creating the course, I’ve opened my individual coaching practice up with more days and hours so I can better serve you. I have regular coaching hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Check my schedule and book what day/time is best for you. I have urgent coaching sessions available early Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

For those of you who enjoy gardening as a way to help heal or want to learn, I am creating this year’s demonstration healing garden, and you can look forward to upcoming videos and blog posts. (Check out the Resouce page on my website.) You can also find more gardening content in the Heal With Dr. Jenn support group, where we have live meetings from the garden.

As always, I am dedicated to serving the benzo community and doing all I can to help reduce suffering in the world through education and coaching. And with Mother’s Day around the corner, I want to extend a heartfelt message of appreciation to all the women who mother. Your love, care, and service to others are truly magnificent, and I hope you have a day of rest and peace to celebrate your greatness.

Thank you for being a part of the Benzo Withdrawal Help community. Together, we can overcome this challenging time and emerge happier and healthier on the other side.
From my heart to yours,
Dr. Jenn
