That others are suffering.
Today, on the 13th anniversary of that horrible day in New York, I know that many are suffering. Some are grieving, some are battling illnesses in mind and body caused that day.
I know that those of us recovering from benzo withdrawal syndrome are suffering. But let us not forget our sisters and brothers all over the planet who suffer too. Let us hold each other in prayer, and hope for a brighter tomorrow.
I am thinking of you all today. Keep fighting the good fight. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on.

Jenn, even though they’re so many people suffering, we still in all reality suffer alone because no one can feel our pain or take it away. In addition like me, I do not personally know anyone else suffering from this except everyone that I read about online. It’s not the same….
Best Regards to everyone that is suffering from this affliction.
Beautiful post…I think that being “other-focused” and demonstrating compassion for our brothers and sisters everywhere ( which you so eloquently have done today ) helps immensely in our own healing. And I’m certain that our compassion for others has grown by our going through withdrawal (I know mine has) since we can empathize with our fellow humans who suffer for whatever reasons because we have suffered ourselves. This is one of the many gifts that this experience has brought me. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and selfless thoughts, Jenn.
So True.
