Brian on June 29, 2014 at 12:45 pm One day all of this will become just a distant memory… I can’t wait for that day:) Dr. Jennifer Austin Leigh on June 29, 2014 at 1:09 pm Me too Brian. Me too. Diane Murphy on June 29, 2014 at 1:36 pm I’m in such a bad wave after going off for the weekend two weeks ago. I tried to be so careful with the activities I did and the food I ate but still, here I am. Maybe it had nothing to do with that. I have so much internal pressure in my body. My head, stomach, chest and back feel like it’s going to explode. The tinnitus is horrible. Please, somebody tell me they’ve experienced that. I’m 16 months off Xanax. Brian on June 29, 2014 at 5:04 pm Diane, You better believe I and many others have and are experiencing all of that… It seems like different situations that we put ourselves in it triggers these symptoms to return. Its almost like we have to rebuild immunity to all different types of stressors again… Someone correct me If I’m they disagree… Diane Murphy on June 30, 2014 at 5:14 am Thanks Brian. I’ve just never felt such extreme pressure all over. Terrible back pain near my kidneys. These are all new symptoms. Brian on June 30, 2014 at 5:36 am Yes Low back pain came on me from nowhere during New Years and lasted intensely for almost three months without any medical explanation… I don’t know your overall health status but based on what you’ve said it sounds like withdrawal.. Diane Murphy on June 30, 2014 at 11:21 am Went to new doctor in May. I’ve had cat scans, blood work, heart scans. She said I was in excellent health and that’s something to really celebrate. It’s funny how you can be so healthy, yet feel as if you’re knocking on deaths door. Just have to ride it out. Thanks for responding. Jenn, I do hope your wave is letting up. Anne on July 1, 2014 at 2:37 pm I hope the wave is easing up Jenn. Let us all know when you’re up and about. We love you too. Brian on July 6, 2014 at 4:32 pm I know just how you feel… It really is hard to understand, but its true..
