Love this! As hope to all that try to slow withdrawal, despite daughter’s senior year. Husband in hospital. Debilitating migraines that are probably worsened by withdrawal and dependence. Now last 2 weeks a broken tooth that I just had removed. I continue to chip away at removing those benzo’s bit by bit. No idea how I am making it but it can happen, even slowly!
I’m in such a bad wave after going off for the weekend two weeks ago. I tried to be so careful with the activities I did and the food I ate but still, here I am. Maybe it had nothing to do with that. I have so much internal pressure in my body. My head, stomach, chest and back feel like it’s going to explode. The tinnitus is horrible. Please, somebody tell me they’ve experienced that. I’m 16 months off Xanax.

Diane, You better believe I and many others have and are experiencing all of that… It seems like different situations that we put ourselves in it triggers these symptoms to return. Its almost like we have to rebuild immunity to all different types of stressors again… Someone correct me If I’m they disagree…
Thanks Brian. I’ve just never felt such extreme pressure all over. Terrible back pain near my kidneys. These are all new symptoms.

Yes Low back pain came on me from nowhere during New Years and lasted intensely for almost three months without any medical explanation… I don’t know your overall health status but based on what you’ve said it sounds like withdrawal..
Went to new doctor in May. I’ve had cat scans, blood work, heart scans. She said I was in excellent health and that’s something to really celebrate. It’s funny how you can be so healthy, yet feel as if you’re knocking on deaths door. Just have to ride it out. Thanks for responding. Jenn, I do hope your wave is letting up.
