If this young man can follow his dreams, ALL of us in benzo withdrawal can hold on, heal and get on with our lives.

That is very moving! Luv it. I had teary eyes..like i need to cry more but..Thank you Jennifer. I felt little better after only 4 hrs sleep last nite than somexs 5 or 6 tho 1-2 is awful. I no I have to rest more even if i cant sleep to do what i need and may like 4 only 1-2 hrs b that work, church volunteer, dishes..social..etc. Family doesnt get it quite..even emailed my mom as talkns 2 much on phone n visits.and its ok. get impatient..Im thankful for u all.
